Appointments
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During these hours, there is always someone available to:

• Schedule appointments, x-rays and/or surgical procedures
• Discuss problems with medications, post-op care, and test results
• Address financial issues and concerns

Our office phone (615.936.1060)  is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The operator will take a message, or, in emergency situations, page the physician on-call to address the problem directly.

Location
Our clinic is located on the 4th floor of the Doctors' Office Tower, located within Children's Hospital. Our suite number is 4102. Patients should park in the South parking garage and enter the hospital via the connecting bridge on the second floor. Elevators are available on the second floor beside the Family Resource Center. If you enter through the main doors on the first floor, use the elevators beside the trains to go to the clinic floors. Complimentary valet parking is also available for patients at the front entrance on the first floor.
