The Pediatric Infectious Disease Clinic is devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of children who suffer from infectious diseases. Except in rare cases, our clinic sees patients by referral only. Urgent visits are also available by a doctor contacting the Division and stating that they have an emergency and ask that the physician on call contact them; it is our goal to provide a prompt consultative service for urgent visits.

We work with other clinics and programs to help children receive the best possible care. This means your child’s treatment will include input from veteran physicians, innovative residents and fellows, and the latest research as it relates to your child’s illness.
