FIN (Family Information Notebook) Project
Parents with a chronically ill or disabled child use the FIN to keep medical records and health information in one place. The FIN is a big help when parents talk with doctors and caregivers.

The artwork on our Web site has been sent to us by families from Middle Tennessee, Southern Kentucky and Northern Alabama. To send us your child's artwork, please read the Instruction and Consent Form.

Get some friends together for a play-date drawing event and send in several pieces!

We post artwork as more health topic pages are added to our site. If a piece of art is not on the site now, it may be used later. See most of the kid's art in our Health Topics section.
