- The SWIM will take place at the Centennial Sportsplex.
- The TRANSITION AREA will be adjacent to the Sportsplex (on the lawn).
- The CYCLING segment will take place on a loop surrounding Centennial Park.
- The RUN will take place within Centennial Park.
Race Day information: Parking is provided in the lot next to Centennial Sportsplex.
- Helmets will be required at all times when cycling, including before and after the race.
- Bikes must be in good working condition.
- Shoes are required at all times when cycling and running.
Important Information to Know
Middle Tennessee Youth Triathlon is a USAT sanctioned race. This means that all participants must bring a current USAT membership card on race day in order to compete. Please visit http://www.usatriathlon.org/ to obtain a membership ($5 fee). Participants will also have the opportunity to obtain a USAT membership on race day.
The entry fee for the triatholon is $30 if the registration form is received by May 15th. After May 15th, the entry fee is $35.
Your child will race in the age group based on what age they are on December 31, 2010. This is mandated by USAT rules.
Races such as the Middle Tennessee Youth Triathlon do not occur without the assistance of many volunteers. We need the help of volunteers with stuffing packets, course and transition area setup, registration and chick-in, race monitoring and sponsorships.
