Image from Play Nicely:  Viewers are presented with the hypothetical situation of seeing one child hurt another one.  Then, viewers can click on one of 20 options (1-2 minutes of multimedia content/option) to learn whether this option is a great option, a good option after others have failed, or if there are better options.   Over 80% of parents of 1-5 year old children who click on at least 4 options (approximately 5 minutes of viewing time) plan to change how they will discipline their child at home

Multiple studies demonstrate the effectiveness of Play Nicely.
 Selected findings include:
      a.
The program helps over 80% of English and Spanish speaking parents to revise plans to discipline their children.
      b.
The program helps professionals improve their counseling skills.
      c.
The program helps parents who view the program at home.
      d.
The program affects parents' attitudes toward using less physical punishment.
