This number will connect you to a menu of options for our clinic (sick visits, well patient or follow-up appointments, physician's offices, mental health, eating disorders, nutritionist appointments, prescription refills, administrative issues, etc.).

In order to keep your child's appointment running smoothly, we ask that you bring the following information with you to the initial appointment:
- Prior health records, including growth information
- Immunization records
- Psychological test reports
- School records
- Other relevant information
When consulting for a specific concern or illness, please bring prior test results, including X-rays, if available. A summary of the concern from a referring physician or other professional is always helpful.
