Eligibility Camp is open to children ages 6-12, plus one day for parents and children ages 5 and under.

Services Camp Sugar Falls is a summer day camp for children with diabetes and their non-diabetic siblings. The goal of this camp is to instill and reinforce a positive attitude about coping with diabetes. Children ages 6-12 participate in athletic activities such as swimming, learn about nutrition and glucose monitoring, and take part in arts and crafts.

Application and Cost Information A medical form must be filled out and returned with the application along with the signed publicity release form and wavier. A parent questionnaire must be filled out by the parents of the non-diabetic camper.

Geographical Area Camp is held at the YMCA's Camp Widjiwagan in Davidson County.
